Christina and Brett were married on June 20th, 2020, right at the beginning of Covid. They were looking forward to celebrate their anniversary this year, and called me up for an anniversary shoot!
Of course I said yes! I’ve been traveling a lot lately, so we scheduled for a good time in October when I knew that I would be in town.
I’ve done a bunch of photoshoots with Christina and her family, and it’s always nice to get to know her a bit better. She’s a preschool teacher and Brett works for Disney.
For our anniversary session, we headed for one of the beautiful stretches of sand on the coast of Vero Beach!
Beach sessions are always enjoyable, but there’s always a chance of other people being around, especially during winter. Everyone loves to come down to Florida for the chilly months, but I don’t mind.
I normally shoot at a quieter beach anyways, (and being a local, I know where those are), but sometimes there will still be some people in the background.
That’s when I pull out photoshop and work some editing magic! Fortunately, we were super blessed today with a quiet beach, and I didn’t have to do too much of that.
Christina and Brett wore adorable matching outfits, and they were up for anything. They did all of my fun prompts and poses with gusto!
They even brought their Santa hats to squeeze in a couple festive shots! Might as well get some photos in for Christmas cards. Why not?
I’m so glad that you decided to celebrate your anniversary with a photoshoot! I hope you enjoy these photos, Christina and Brett.
